Fireball Projectile VFX
I had so much fun creating this fireball. Created using the Unity particle system, it has around 4 alpha images that you can find below. This is when I first discovered Bloom and was having a field day; that's actually what inspired me to make it a fireball. The muzzle flash disperses, and a burst of shrapnel is fired out of the cannon. Then the traveling sparks follow after the ball itself, which is a spinning sphere that has a unique texture that I created, which allows it to appear as though it is flickering. Finally, the impact happens and the ball of fire implodes, causing a small explosion and dissipating.
